I am a young, non-professional
photographer from Switzerland, which is in the middle of Europe. I am sure that
experienced photographers wouldn't name me a very talented artist. I am using
modern techniques and post production is a part of a lot of pictures I take,
improving them as much as possible without Photoshop and changing the message
of a photo. There is still a lot of practice needed before I’d call myself
experienced or above-average, but as long as I like my own shots I will
continue and absorb constructive criticism wherever I can get it.
Since I am very interested in engineering and technical topics, my focus usually lies on those things, trying to pack as much action and atmosphere into the pictures as I can. Until now I had no commercial contracts. I regularly accompany the ‘Touring Club Suisse’ on their journey to repatriate cars from the classic car rallye ‘Raid’ as a favor to these hard working men and for fun. Mostly I knew the people I was working for, and their happiness and one or two amazing experiences were enough payment for my work.
